Sandía Ilegal

Crafted for a taste of summer, the "Sandía Ilegal" is a refreshing and nostalgic cocktail featuring Ilegal Mezcal Joven, fresh lime juice, watermelon juice, and agave syrup, finished with a Tajín-rimmed glass and a chili-coated watermelon lollipop.

Ingredients:

  • 2oz Ilegal Mezcal Joven

  • 1oz fresh lime juice

  • 3oz fresh watermelon juice

  • 0.75oz agave syrup

Instructions:

Run a lime wedge around the rim of a large margarita glass or rocks glass and dip into tajín or salt. In a blender, combine ingredients with 1 cup of ice and blend until smooth. Pour into the prepared glass, and garnish with a chili-coated watermelon lollipop.⁠
