Puebla York
A robust, tropical, and complex highball. This recipe layers mezcal with fresh pineapple juice, the deep bitterness of an Italian amaro, a splash of rich simple syrup, and a pinch of salt to amplify the flavors.
Ingredients:
1 1/4 oz. mezcal reposado
3/4 oz. tequila reposado
1/2 oz. Cynar
1/2 oz. crème de cassis
1/2 pipette of chocolate mole bitters
Instructions:
Add all of the ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir to chill and strain into the glass. Garnish.
