Pensador Paloma
Pensador Paloma is a simple, elegant cocktail that perfectly lives up to its namesake, the "Dove," offering a gesture of peace and a statement of ease. It builds a bright, incredibly refreshing base directly in a highball glass by pouring 35ml of Pensador Espadín and 100ml of premium grapefruit soda (like Two Keys, or a homemade mix of fresh grapefruit juice, honey, and sparkling water) over plenty of ice. Stirred gently until ice cold, this vibrant, easy-drinking highball is beautifully finished with a fresh grapefruit slice and an aromatic sprig of rosemary. It is the ultimate effortless serve, designed to highlight the mezcal's crisp, earthy notes alongside a bright citrus fizz.
Ingredients:
35 ml Pensador Espadín
100 ml Two Keys Grapefruit soda (or homemade)
Grapefruit Slice
Rosemary Sprig
Instructions:
