Paloma Ingrata

Inspired by a classic Mexican anthem, the Paloma Ingrata is a sophisticated and nostalgic cocktail that is often described as "nostalgia in a glass." This unique drink features a captivating blend of Ilegal Mezcal Joven, fresh lime, grapefruit, and agave nectar, all topped with a touch of IPA beer for a truly unforgettable experience.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Ilegal Mezcal Joven

  • 0.5 oz lime

  • 0.75 oz agave nectar

  • 0.75 oz grapefruit

  • 2 oz IPA beer

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to tin and whip. Shake with 2 ice cubes and dump into a beer glass with salt rim and fill with ice. Garnish with grapefruit peel.
