Old Bandit is a rich, decadent variation on the classic Old Fashioned template that highlights the deep complexity of aged agave. Stirred to a velvety chill with Se Busca Añejo mezcal, sweet agave syrup, and a dash of chocolate bitters, this spirit-forward sipper is served over fresh ice and beautifully garnished with orange zest, a maraschino cherry, and a chunk of dark chocolate.

Ingredients:

  • 2oz Se Busca Añejo Mezcal

  • .5oz agave syrup

  • Dash of chocolate bitters

  • Orange zest

Instructions:

  • Pour all the ingredients and stir with ice.

  • Garnish with orange zest, maraschino cherry, and a dark chocolate chunk.
