Cereza Safari

Cereza Safari is a vibrant, multi-layered highball that pairs the deep, artisanal smoke of mezcal with the rich tartness of orchard fruit. Shaken to a frosty chill with sweet cherry liqueur and fresh lime juice, this refreshing cocktail is lengthened with crisp ginger ale in an ice-filled highball glass and beautifully crowned with brandied cherries.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Se Busca Joven Mezcal

  • 0.5 oz cherry heering liquor

  • 0.75 oz lime juice

  • 0.5 oz simple syrup

  • Lime wheel

  • Luxardo cherry

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to the shaker, shake, then pour into a rocks glass.

  • Garnish with a lime wheel with Luxardo Cherry.
