Oaxaca Mule

Oaxaca Mule is a crisp, invigorating highball that delivers a smoky, adventurous twist on the classic Moscow Mule template. Built directly over ice in a copper mug with Se Busca Joven mezcal, fresh lime juice, fiery ginger beer, and optional agave nectar, this refreshing cooler is dynamically garnished with a cucumber slice, candied ginger, and a pinch of ground chilli.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Se Busca Joven Mezcal

  • 0.5 oz lime juice

  • 4 oz Ginger beer

  • Optional ΒΌ oz agave 2:1

  • Garnish with a sliced cucumber, candied ginger, chilli

Instructions:

  • Put all ingredients in a copper mug and stir.

  • Garnish with a cucumber slice and a piece of candied ginger and top with a pinch of ground chile.
