Contraluz Spritz is an elegant, highly effervescent aperitif that offers a sophisticated and citrusy twist on the classic sparkling cocktail. Gently mixed directly in a champagne flute, it combines smooth, crystal-clear mezcal, aromatic bergamot liqueur, and premium brut champagne, then finished with a fragrant lemon twist.
Ingredients:
1 oz Contraluz Mezcal Cristalino
1 oz Bergamot Liqueur
4 oz Veuve Clicquot Brut Champagne
Instructions:
In a flute, mix Contraluz and Bergamot liqueur. Top it off with Champagne, and garnish with a lemon twist.
