Naked San Cosme

Naked San Cosme is a vibrant, sophisticated twist on the modern classic Naked and Famous, highlighting the smooth, artisanal notes of Mezcal San Cosme. It builds a bold, herbaceous base by combining 1 oz of the espadín mezcal, 1 oz of Yellow Chartreuse, 1 oz of Aperol, and 1 oz of fresh lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Vigorously shaken with ice until thoroughly chilled, the perfectly balanced, sweet-tart mixture is strained into a glass over fresh ice. This visually striking, botanical sipper is elegantly finished with a dash of mezcal-hibiscus tincture for a stunning pop of color and garnished with delicate hibiscus flowers.

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Mezcal San Cosme

• 1oz Yellow Chartreuse

• 1 oz Aperol 

• 1 oz lemon juice 

• 1 dash of mezcal and hibiscus tincture

Instructions:

• Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously

• Pour mixture into a glass filled with ice

• Garnish with the tincture for color and some hibiscus flowers
