Mezcal Express

Mezcal Express is a bright, tropical cocktail that effortlessly highlights the smooth, artisanal notes of Mezcal San Cosme alongside sweet and tangy flavors. It builds a simple yet vibrant base by combining 2 oz of the espadín mezcal, 2 oz of pineapple juice, and 0.5 oz of fresh lemon juice directly in a mixing glass. Gently stirred to seamlessly integrate the fruity and earthy layers, the refreshing mixture is then poured into a serving glass. This quick-to-make sipper is perfectly finished with a dusting of zesty Tajín seasoning and a fresh wedge of pineapple for a lively, sun-kissed presentation.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Mezcal San Cosme

  • 2 oz pineapple juice

  • ½ oz lemon juice

  • Tajín (chili-lime) seasoning powder 

Instructions:

  • Add all the ingredients to a cup or mixing glass and mix with a spoon.

  • Pour into a glass and add some Tajín.

  • You can also decorate with a piece of pineapple.
