Mezcaletti

The Mezcaletti is a sophisticated mezcal-based cocktail perfect for sipping. With a rich blend of mezcal and amaro, balanced by a hint of orange bitters, this drink is a great choice for a nightcap or an after-dinner digestif. Ingredients:
30 ml Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal
30 ml Amaro (e.g., Meletti)
2 dashes Orange Bitters by Angostura

Instructions:
Select and pre-chill an old-fashioned glass.
Prepare a garnish of smoked almonds or a single flake of coconut.
Stir all ingredients with ice.
Strain into an ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
Express lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as a garnish.
