Leña
Leña is a vibrant, bittersweet cooler that reads like a brilliant cross between a spicy Picante and a tropical Jungle Bird, splitting its base between crisp blanco tequila and smoky mezcal. Shaken with bittersweet Luxardo Bianco, fiery chili liqueur, pineapple, lime, and rich agave, this complex drink is fine-strained into an Old-Fashioned glass, rimmed with zesty Tajín, and garnished with a thin pineapple wheel.
Ingredients:
30 ml of pineapple juice chilled
22.5 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
Instructions:
Select and pre-chill an old-fashioned glass.
RIM glass with Tajín seasoning (moisten the outside edge with lime or orange juice and drip into Tajín).
Prepare a garnish of thin pineapple slice wheels.
Shake all ingredients with ice.
Fine strain into a chilled glass.
Garnish with a pineapple slice.
