Lavanda y Yuzu
Lavanda y Yuzu is a bright, beautifully aromatic cocktail that marries citrus-forward energy with a gentle, calming sweetness. Shaken to a frosty chill and strained over fresh ice, it artfully combines smooth mezcal with a lively medley of fresh tangerine, lemon, and tart yuzu juices, balanced by a delicate lavender honey syrup and finished with a fragrant fresh lavender sprig.
Ingredients:
2 oz Desolas Mezcal
0.5 oz Fresh Tangerine Juice
0.25 oz Yuzu Juice
0.25 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Lavender Honey Syrup
Instructions:
Fill a Rocks glass
Pour your cocktail ingredients into a shaker tin filled with mixing ice.
Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds to chill, dilute, and aerate the drink.
Place a strainer over the shaker and pour the liquid into your prepared Rocks glass, leaving the used shaking ice behind.
Gently slap a fresh lavender sprig against your hand to release its aromatic oils, then place it on top of the drink as the final touch.
