La Verdita

La Verdita is an exceptionally crisp, garden-fresh cocktail that brings a cooling, herbaceous brightness to an agave canvas. Handcrafted by muddling fresh cucumber slices with tart lime juice and smooth mezcal, this refreshing green sipper is shaken, strained over ice, and uniquely finished with a goldenberry garnish.

Ingredients:

  • .5oz Fresh Lime Juice

  • 4 Cucumber Slices Muddled

  • .5oz Fresh Lime Juice

  • 2oz Desolas Mezcal

Instructions:

  • Prep the Glassware

  • Combine your liquid ingredients in a mixing tin with ice, seal it, and shake vigorously for about 10–15 seconds.

  • Transfer the liquid from your mixing tool into your prepared glass.

  • The garnish is the last element added before serving.
