La Condesa
La Condesa is a bold, spirit-forward Manhattan alternative that expertly marries the earthy smoke of artisanal mezcal with the rich fruitiness of apple brandy and the robust complexity of sweet vermouth. Stirred with a touch of spiced chocolate bitters to round out its deep flavors and strained over a large ice cube into an Old-Fashioned glass, this late-night sipper is elegantly finished with a sweet skewered maraschino cherry.
Ingredients:
30 ml Strucchi Rosso Vermouth
2 dashes of Spiced chocolate bitters
Instructions:
Select and pre-chill an old-fashioned glass.
Prepare a garnish of skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
Stir all ingredients with ice.
