Jinx Removed is a vibrant, subtly fiery sour variation that balances earthy Mexican spice with rich sweetness. Shaken with lime juice, rich honey syrup, and an artisanal silver mezcal uniquely infused with dried ancho chilies, this restorative cocktail is served up and garnished with a pinch of chili threads or a fresh lime wheel.
Ingredients:
2 oz Xicaru Silver infused with Ancho chili
½ oz lime juice
½ oz honey syrup
Instructions:
Seed and remove the stems of 2 medium ancho chilis. Infuse with 1 bottle of Xicaru Silver for 1 hour.
Strain and store cold for up to 1 month. Shake and serve up with a pinch of chili threads or lime wheel.
