Estrella de Oaxaca

Estrella de Oaxaca is an elegant, beautifully spiced autumnal sour variation that balances bright orchard notes with a smoky depth. Shaken to a frosty chill with silver mezcal, sweet spiced pear liqueur, and fresh lime juice, this refreshing cocktail is served over ice and appropriately crowned with a single, fragrant whole star anise.

Ingredients:

  • 1½ oz Xicaru Silver

  • 1 oz spiced pear liqueur

  • ¾ oz lime juice

Instructions:

  • Shake and serve on rocks with a whole star anise.
