Hoodwinked
A smoky, tropical riff on the Jungle Bird. This cocktail swaps out the traditional rum for mezcal and combines it with Campari, pineapple juice, and lime.
Ingredients:
2 oz. mezcal (Djinn uses Del Maguey Vida)
1/2 oz. Aperol
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
1 3/4 oz. pineapple juice
Instructions:
Add all of the ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake and double strain into a glass over ice. Garnish.
