Grenada
Grenada is a tart and unexpected Margarita variation that beautifully layers festive fruits and sweet confectionery notes over a smoky base. Shaken to a frosty chill with silver mezcal, fresh lime, ruby pomegranate juice, and sweet crème de cacao, it is balanced with simple syrup and two dashes of aromatic bitters before being served up with a lime peel.
Ingredients:
1½ oz Xicaru Silver
½ oz lime juice
½ oz pomegranate juice
½ oz crème de cacao
¼ oz simple syrup
2 Dashes aromatic bitters
Instructions:
Shake and serve up with a lime peel.
