Frida’s Cup

Frida's Cup is a vibrant, deeply refreshing Margarita variation that beautifully balances sweet summer fruit with crisp, savory botanicals. Shaken with a muddled combination of juicy fresh watermelon chunks and herbaceous cilantro leaves, it features a clean base of silver mezcal, tart lime juice, and a complex finishing hint of absinthe.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Xicaru Silver

  • ½ oz lime juice

  • ½ oz simple syrup

  • ¼ oz La Clandestine Absinthe

Instructions:

  • 2-3 chunks of watermelon and 4 cilantro leaves muddled; shake and double-strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with a cube of watermelon and a cilantro sprig.
