Good Cork

With notes of smoke and spice, this cocktail is a simple, seasonal sipper. It is also perfect for batching ahead of time for any holiday gatherings with family and friends.

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey

  • 1 oz. Mezcal

  • ½ oz. Benedictine

  • 2 dashes Noir bitters (optional)

  • 1 large clear ice cube

  • Apple slices for garnish

Instructions:

  • Build this directly in your Hybrid Cocktail Glass!

  • Add the whiskey, mezcal, Benedictine, and bitters to the glass.

  • Add 1 large ice cube and stir to chill.

  • Garnish with apple slices.
