Forgtmenot is a brilliantly vibrant, tropical cooler that perfectly pairs the crisp, subtle smoke of unaged mezcal with a lush, garden-fresh blend of watermelon juice and zesty ginger syrup. Shaken with fresh lime juice and a touch of aquafaba for a rich, silky texture, this highly refreshing sipper is served over ice and elegantly finished with a savory, earthy matcha-salt rim.

Ingredients:

  • 1.75 oz Ilegal Mezcal Joven

  • 0.75 oz lime juice

  • 0.75 oz watermelon juice

  • 0.25 oz ginger syrup

Instructions:

  • Splash of aquafaba

  • Matcha salt (matcha powder + salt)

  • Rim a rocks glass with matcha salt. Add remaining ingredients to the shaker and shake. Pour over ice.
