El Chapulín is a modern take on the Grasshopper cocktail. This elegant drink blends the smoky complexity of Ilegal Mezcal Joven with the creamy, sweet notes of crema de menth, crema de cacao, and cream, all topped with a delicate garnish of Mexican chocolate.

Ingredients:

• 1oz crema de menth

• 1oz cream

• 1oz crema de cacao

• 1oz Ilegal Mezcal Joven

Instructions:

Add to shaker and shake until chilled. Strain into a stemmed glass. Garnish with Mexican chocolate
