Dia de los Muertos Mezcalita
Día de los Muertos Mezcal Margarita is a striking, smoky-sweet cocktail that marries bright blood orange with an earthy agave backbone. Created by Casamigos, it shakes 0.75 oz each of Casamigos Mezcal Joven, Casamigos Blanco Tequila, fresh blood orange juice, and fresh lime juice. Sweetened with 0.5 oz of simple syrup and a warming pinch of cinnamon, the mixture is vigorously shaken with ice. It is then strained over crushed ice into a festive skull mug and beautifully finished with a dried blood orange wheel, edible flowers, and fresh sage.
