C and Soda
C & Soda is a sleek, ultra-clean highball that lets the refined flavor profile of Casamigos Cristalino Tequila shine. It stirs together 1.5 oz of the crystal-clear aged tequila with 4 to 6 oz of premium club soda over a large ice block. Spritzed with fresh grapefruit oils expressed from a peel, it is elegantly garnished with an upside-down grapefruit wedge. For an unexpected flavor twist, the glass can be optionally rimmed with a unique, equal-parts dusting of cocoa, salt, and sugar.
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Casamigos Cristalino Tequila
Top with 4 – 6 oz. Club Soda (Suggest Fever-Tree®)
Garnish Upside Down Grapefruit Wedge + Optional Cocoa/Salt/Sugar Dusting (Equal Parts)
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients into a glass mixer. Add ice, stir well for 30 – 45 seconds and strain into a small rocks glass. Add large ice block, express natural grapefruit oils from peel over top of cocktail, then garnish.
