Bandolier
Bandolier is a beautifully balanced, complex agave sour that cleverly weaves a bright herbal tapestry into a smoky foundation. Shaken to a frosty chill with earthy mezcal, rich elderflower liqueur, sweet white vermouth, fresh lime juice, and a dash of celery bitters, this sophisticated drink is fine-strained into a chilled coupe and elegantly finished with a crisp cucumber slice.
Ingredients:
22.5 ml Strucchi Bianco Vermouth (chilled)
Instructions:
Select and pre-chill a coupe glass.
Prepare a garnish of chili slices.
Stir all ingredients with ice.
Strain into a chilled glass.
Garnish with chili slices.
