• Mezcal Unión Uno: An un-aged (Joven) artisanal mezcal handcrafted with a blend of farm-grown Espadín and wild Cirial agaves, matured for 8 to 14 years. It is known for being an approachable entry-level mezcal with balanced fruity and herbal notes, along with a pleasant hint of smoke. Tasting notes often include fruits (like pear and green applewood), mint, wet soil, and lime, making it ideal for cocktails like the Margarita or Paloma.

• Mezcal Unión Silvestre: A young, artisanal mezcal (Joven) that achieves a wild balance by combining a selection of Espadín and wild Tobalá agaves, aged between 5 and 14 years. It offers a more complex and floral profile. The description highlights a harmonious fusion of delicate flowers and subtle smoke.
