MEZCALS OFFERED:

  • Doba-Yej: This was the first Mezcal launched, distilled in a copper still and from a region different from the traditional Siete Misterios area (Sola de Vega). It is a well-balanced Mezcal, designed to be enjoyed alone or in cocktails, having the necessary character and strength for mixing without losing its essence. It has a perfect balance at 44% alcohol by volume.

  • Ensambles: Ensambles is their version of original mezcals, where Maestros Mezcaleros would mix the different mature agaves found in the field. This line offers greater complexity by blending the flavors of Espadín Maguey with wild varieties.

  • Espadin/Cuishe: An ensemble blending Angustifolia Haw (Espadín) and Karwinksii (Cuishe) agaves.
