Mezcal Local (Pechuga de Maguey): The brand's signature, flagship expression, crafted from 100% Agave Espadín matured for 10 years. During the distillation process, the spirit is infused with a vibrant medley of fruits—including apple, peach, banana, and sweet orange—along with the heart of the agave plant itself (the pechuga de maguey).
