Produced at a single estate in the fertile fields of Ejutla, Oaxaca, Campante is meticulously guided by the steady hands of Maestro Mezcalero Raúl Rodríguez Reyes. The brand strikes an exquisite balance between ancient heritage and contemporary refinement, strictly adhering to artisanal traditions. Ripe agave hearts are slow-cooked in a subterranean stone conical oven, crushed by a massive stone tahona wheel, and naturally wild-fermented in open-air vats carved from ancient Sabino wood before undergoing a precise double-distillation in copper stills. By consciously refining their production and dialing back intense char, Campante delivers a pure, additive-free spirit designed to work beautifully on its own or serve as a luxurious foundation that elevates classic cocktails.
