Espadín (Joven): The brand's signature unaged flagship expression, crafted from 100% Espadín agave in Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca, and bottled at 45% ABV. Deliberately designed to be softer and more floral than heavily peaty or smoky alternatives, this artisanal mezcal offers a fresh, grassy bouquet. On the palate, it delivers beautiful notes of sweet agave, aromatic smoke, and charred herbs, concluding with a delicate touch of sweet orange on the finish.
Café (Destilado Con Café): A bold, award-winning fusion of artisanal mezcal and organic Oaxacan coffee, bottled at 48% ABV. The traditional Espadín mezcal is twice distilled, steeped with premium NaomQuie coffee beans from the Oaxaca coast, and then distilled a third time with the beans in the still. This complex, clear spirit offers rich aromas of coffee, bonfire smoke, vanilla, and chocolate. The tasting experience is velvety and surprisingly chocolatey, opening with roasted agave and unfolding into bold coffee, sticky caramel, and a nutty depth before a long, gently smoky finish.
Mandarina: A brilliantly refreshing citrus-infused mezcal, bottled at 48% ABV. Following two traditional distillations, the Espadín mezcal is infused with freshly peeled mandarins, allowed to steep for a day, and then distilled a final time. The result is a highly aromatic spirit with a complex, inviting nose. On the palate, it features a fantastic balance of fresh agave sweetness, vegetal grass, and light smoke, beautifully cradled by sweet, zesty mandarin and a gentle tang, leading into a wonderfully smooth, rich finish.
