Bowl of 'Zole Brooklyn: A Celebration of Pozole and Agave Spirits Returns!
The Bowl of 'Zole festival is making its highly anticipated return to Brooklyn on Thursday, October 23, 2025, for an immersive celebration of pozole and agave spirits. The event will take place from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Industry City, 52 Avenue, 33-35th Street, Brooklyn, NY.
The touring festival is a collaborative effort between Mexican spirits expert Arik Torren of Lot001 Brands, Mezcal de Leyendas partner and La Lonchería chef Danny Mena, and Food Karma Projects founder Jimmy Carbone.
An All-Inclusive Culinary and Spirits Experience
Bowl of 'Zole Brooklyn brings together 20+ top chefs and restaurants to pair classic Mexican cuisine with over 300 expressions of vibrant agave spirits. Guests can enjoy all-inclusive tastings of pozole, spirits, and more classic Mexican cuisine throughout the evening.
The chef lineup is impressive, featuring talent from Three Michelin-Starred Restaurants, James Beard Nominees, and New York Times Standouts. Highlights include:

Chefs will showcase their unique approaches to pozole, offering everything from classic pork and chile versions to vegetarian, seafood, and cross-cultural variations. Beyond pozole, the event will offer other classic Mexican cuisine, including artisanal Mexican salsas, moles, escabeches, and adobos from Brooklyn-based Xilli, chapulines from Merci Mercado, and paletas from La Newyorkina.
A Toast to Agave Tradition
The festival celebrates the ancient tradition of agave distillation, pouring over 300 expressions of mezcals, tequilas, raicillas, and lechuguillas. The spirits lineup includes standouts such as Mezcal Vago, Tequila Ocho, Tequila Fortaleza, Mezcal de Leyendas, and many more. The beverage program also extends to specialty spirits like sotol, whiskeys, rums, Mexican wines, craft-made beer, and zero-proof options.
Ticket Information and Exclusive VIP Perks
VIP Tickets ($75 plus processing fee) offer an extra hour of food and spirits tastings with early admission at 5:00 PM. VIP ticketholders also get a Tequila Ocho and Mezcal Vago blind tasting, first access to certain pozoles, the opportunity to meet and mingle with chefs and producers, and a Bowl of 'Zole Swag Bag.
General Admission Kick-Off Pricing tickets are available for a limited time at $55 plus a processing fee, granting all-inclusive tastings with 6:00 PM admission.
Giving Back to the Community
In the spirit of collaboration, Bowl of 'Zole Brooklyn is partnering with City Harvest. All participating chefs will contribute additional pozole for donation to City Harvest, an organization that works to end hunger in NYC by rescuing and distributing high-quality food to hundreds of food pantries and soup kitchens.
