Executive Chef Dominic Iannarelli and Bar Chef Chase Eslinger will provide courses paired with food and drink, along with tastings made available by our friends joining us from across the country sampling the intricates of all forms of the agave plant. Tequila, mezcal, raicilla, and food inspired from the highlands of Jalisco and all Hispanic culture with focus on land and sea.
