Executive Chef Ben Diaz has crafted a special three-course menu for the evening, featuring California spiny lobster, soft shell crab, barbacoa, and pork belly al pastor. Each course is thoughtfully paired with Califino tequila tastings to elevate your dining experience. To finish, enjoy a sweet finale of Fresas y Crema.
During dinner, we’ll also be playing Lotería, Mexico’s favorite game of chance, for a chance to win some fabulous prizes!
