• Course 2: Fish Taco. Fried white fish topped with cabbage, jalapeños, onions, cilantro, and spicy aioli.

• Course 3: Cochinita Pibil Taco. Traditional Yucatecan-style pork topped with pickled red onions and cilantro.

• Course 4: Barbacoa Taco. Tender lamb barbacoa served with onions and cilantro.
