This guided class explores the origins, regions, agave varietals, and traditional production methods that define mezcal—why it tastes the way it does, and what makes each bottle wildly unique. Expect guided tastings, storytelling, and insights you won’t get from a label.

Midway through the evening, guests will break to enjoy an elevated elote & taco bar, crafted to complement mezcal’s smoky depth and reset the palate.

The night concludes with a hands-on cocktail workshop, where you’ll learn to build a mezcal cocktail from scratch—balancing smoke, citrus, and sweetness—then enjoy what you’ve created.
