🍑 First Course: Grilled Peach & Ricotta Tostada & Peach Sangria

Appetizer: A perfect balance of sweet and savory to start your evening. Grilled peaches rest atop a layer of creamy honey ricotta, paired with crispy prosciutto on a golden crostini. Finished with a rich balsamic glaze for the perfect bite.

Sangria: A refreshing blend of pinot grigio, peach schnapps, fresh peaches, raspberries, and thyme. This crisp and fruity sangria enhances the sweetness of the grilled peaches while balancing the richness of the ricotta and prosciutto.

🥗 Second Course: Burrata Salad & Watermelon Mint Spritz
