Tickets are $75 each. Your ticket includes tasting of all the brands participating, light food, and each ticket enters you in a raffle to win additional prizes including a 1 night stay at the Courtyard by Marriot (Monterey Park location only) and selected bottles from participating brands. Additional food and cocktails can be purchased at the bar. Must be 21+ to attend.

By participating in SGV Agave Fest, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Voluntary Participation
   I am voluntarily attending and participating in this event where alcoholic beverages will be offered for tasting. I confirm that I am 21 years of age or older and will present valid identification upon request.

2. Assumption of Risk
   I understand the nature of this event and accept all risks associated with the consumption of alcohol, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or death. I agree to drink responsibly and understand that consumption is at my own discretion and risk.

3. Health and Behavior
   I certify that I do not have any physical, mental, or medical condition that would make participation in this event unwise or unsafe. I am solely responsible for monitoring my alcohol intake and behavior.

4. Release and Waiver
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Five 55 Bar & Restaurant, its owners, staff, sponsors, vendors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury (including death) that may be sustained while participating in this event.

5. Indemnification
   I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers, The Courtyard by Marriott Monterey Park, Five 55 Bar & Restaurant, SGV Spirits Club, its managers and vendors from any liability, claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from my conduct during the event.

6. Photography Release (Optional)
   I grant permission to use my image in event-related photography or video for marketing or promotional purposes, with no compensation due to me.
