We’re honored to host David Suro and his son and beverage director Dan Suro, 2026 James Beard Award semifinalists for Outstanding Professional in Beverage Service for their work with Tequilas & La Jefa.

David has spent decades championing authentic Mexican cuisine and agave culture—from founding Siembra Spirits to co-authoring the James Beard Award–winning book Agave Spirits. Dan continues that legacy, building beverage programs rooted in transparency, tradition, and innovation.

Expect exceptional pours, stories from the heart of agave culture, and a night celebrating friendship, food, and mezcal.

We ask that our guests limit their experience to 2 hours to allow other parties to enjoy the festivities.
