Join us at Bitter Honey for an intimate Mezcal Tasting Dinner in partnership with Dos Gabachos Mezcal, hosted by Zack Mikida, Gio San Fillipo, and Chef Quino. This five-course prix fixe experience highlights the depth, craftsmanship, and regional expression of mezcal, paired with a chef-driven menu inspired by modern Mexican cuisine.
Each course will be paired with a curated Dos Gabachos mezcal selection, including both classic Espadín expressions and rare, premium varietals. Guests will enjoy guided tastings featuring Espadín, Cabernet barrel-aged Espadín, Pechuga, Tobalá, Cuishe, and Tepeztate—showcasing the diversity of agave and traditional production methods.
