Catador Bio:

Originally from Stockholm, Sweden, Elsa brings 22 years of experience in the spirits and hospitality industry. She has opened and operated successful bars in Stockholm and co-authored a book on agave spirits and agave cocktails, reflecting her deep passion for the category.

Elsa moved to New York City in 2015 to work at The Dead Rabbit and later was the Brand Ambassador for Jack Daniel’s in Metro NY. She continued her career with Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, working with the Diageo brands and later the Signature Division, focusing on education, sales support, and business development.

In June 2025, Elsa relocated to Nashville and joined TEAM as an Agave Master. While she has a strong love for agave spirits, she also has a deep appreciation for American whiskey and a passion for cocktail history and storytelling.
