On Thursday, June 26th from 6 - 8pm, Por Lo Bueno mezcal joins with Kachina Cantina for a night of unforgettable flavors and signature sips.
You'll learn about the rich history of each agave plant, some of which take 20-30 years to mature, and the delicate process of craftsmanship and tradition that come together to produce the rich flavors of each expression.
You will also hear about the creation of each dish on the menu from executive chef Carlos Fierro and how they seamlessly pair with each mezcal tasting to create a dinner full of flavor.
The Menu
First Course: Smoked scallop crudo tostada, mezcal pickled red onion, charred pineapple puree, micro cilantro, paired with Por Lo Bueno Espadin.
Second Course: Grilled peach and beet salad with whipped goat cheese, arugula, crispy quinoa, agave citrus vinaigrette, paired with Por Lo Bueno Cuixe.
Third Course: Barbacoa bison short rib, pobalano potato puree, roasted zucchini, crispy shallots, paired with Pol Lo Bueno Tobala.
Fourth Course: Chocolate tamale mezcal ice cream, paired with Por Lo Bueno Tepeztate.
