Bar Rescue alum and Allied Beverage pro Carlos Ruiz is taking over the bar for a hands-on cocktail class. Two hours of live demo, real technique, and the kind of bartending knowledge you usually only get from a stool at a great bar.

You'll learn to build two cocktails:

• The Chicharita — a Milagro tequila cocktail with a Wanderer twist

• The Wanderer Spritz — bright, summery, Hendrick's Gin–forward
