EVENT OVERVIEW
Following the success of our first collaboration, Alchemy | Choose Thy Poison and Mezcal Gül-Roo return for a second immersive evening dedicated to mezcal, cuisine, and ritual.
This is a full collaboration—where each dish and cocktail is intentionally crafted around the mezcal it accompanies. Guests will be guided through a four-course dinner paired with mezcal-forward cocktails, exploring flavor, process, and the ancestral roots behind the spirit.
This experience is intimate, educational, and sensory-driven.
