Who Knew?

Who Knew? is an inventive, wonderfully earthy long drink that marries the deep complexities of aged agave with a comforting, nostalgic sweetness. Built directly over ice in a Collins glass, it pairs rich Añejo mezcal with a bitter splash of herbal amaro before being topped off with effervescent root beer and a fresh orange peel garnish.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ oz Xicaru Añejo

  • ¼ oz amaro (Cynar, Fernet)

  • Top 4 oz root beer

Instructions:

  • Build in a Collins glass with ice, then top with root beer. Garnish with an orange peel.
