The Acre Cocktail is a sophisticated, deeply complex drink created in partnership with Acre Baja that channels the wild, adventurous spirit of La Tierra de Acre Mezcal. It builds a rich, botanical base by combining 2 oz of espadín mezcal, 1 oz of Aperol, 1.5 oz of Cynar, 0.75 oz of jasmine syrup, 0.75 oz of fresh lime juice, and a few drops of chocolate bitters in a shaker. Shaken vigorously with ice until thoroughly chilled, the bold mixture is strained into a sleek coupe glass. This transportive, vacation-ready sipper delivers a perfect balance of bittersweet, smoky, and floral notes that instantly evokes relaxing under a palm tree in Baja.

Ingredients:

  • 2oz Espadín

  • 1oz Aperol

  • 1.5oz Cynar

  • .75oz Jasmine Syrup

  • .75oz Lime Juice

  • A few drops of Chocolate Bitters

Instructions:
