Slam Dunk Disco

A beautifully bright "split-base" cocktail that functions as a variation on the White Negroni. It mixes equal parts Mezcal and blanco tequila with Salers (a gentian liqueur) and Dolin Blanc vermouth.

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 oz. white miso mezcal

  • 3/4 oz. reposado tequila

  • 1/4 oz. Cocchi Americano

  • 1/4 oz. Giffard Banane de Brasil

  • 1/4 oz. apricot eau de vie

  • 1/4 oz. Suze

Instructions:

  • Add all of the ingredients to an ice-filled mixing glass, stir to chill, and strain over fresh ice in a glass. Garnish.

    White Miso Mezcal: Blend one 750ml bottle of mezcal with 50g of white miso paste. Fine-strain through a coffee filter and bottle. Will keep in the refrigerator for a month.
