Rocinante From Lady Jane

Named after Don Quixote's horse, this springtime sipper blends the smoke of Mezcal with bittersweet, floral notes. It features Salers (gentian liqueur), Italicus (bergamot liqueur), and a touch of honey syrup.

Instructions:

  • Add all of the ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir and strain over a large cube in a glass. Garnish.
