Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Mezcal San Cosme

  • 1 oz thyme syrup2.

  • 5 oz grapefruit juice

  • 3 drops olive oil

Instructions:

  • Put all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice and shake firmly
