Prima Paloma

Prima Paloma is a crisp, beautifully layered long drink that puts an elegant, floral spin on a beloved highball template. Briefly shaken with silver mezcal, sweet bianco vermouth, rich honey, and fresh lime juice, this refreshing cooler is served in a Collins glass over ice, topped with bubbly soda water, and aromatic with a grapefruit peel.

Ingredients:

  • 1½ oz Xicaru Silver

  • ½ oz bianco vermouth

  • ¾ oz honey

  • ½ oz lime

Instructions:

  • Shake everything except the soda water, serve in a Collins glass with ice, top with soda water, and a grapefruit peel.
